Strategic Planning & Program Development
Being in the marketing communications industry, we realize the importance of establishing a clear communication networking interaction with our customers.
Our management team recognizes that our customers are the experts in their respective fields. As the customer, you are our major resource for vital information on the product and/or service you provide.
We also rely on our customers to convey information on their past marketing efforts including the media employed, the targeted audience, any special offers and the net results of the campaigns including their return on investment.
It is our responsibility at ACS to gather this information, analyze the successes and shortfalls and apply the findings wisely, along with our respective marketing expertise to develop the most efficient marketing campaign for you, our customer.
During the Program Process
As the marketing program is proceeding, open communicational feedback from our customer allows us to often make modifications to enhance the efficiencies of the marketing campaign while the program is still in progress.
We firmly believe in improving the project while it's ongoing, whenever possible, rather than waiting until the program concludes.
Future Considerations
ACS encourages post program meeting(s) with the customer to review final results and most importantly to listen to their team's comments, concerns if any, and recommendations for further improving the next marketing campaign.
Together, we analyze all the information at the conclusion of a campaign and use it to guide our direction for future efforts, and we depend mostly on our customers and our internal technical support team to gather the data for this critical evaluation.
Special Projects
Over the years, we've had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of clients in many industries. Needless to say, some of the projects we've handled have been somewhat complex and very interesting.
Our management and technical support team have displayed exceptional flexibility in working together with customers to provide economical solutions for their projects. We never turn away a project because it's too challenging or not our "forte". Instead, we welcome the challenge and strive to expand our knowledge so we'll become more versatile in the services we can offer to future customers.
